After a free discovery call, if EdPro is a good fit, we’ll schedule an additional free onboarding call, if needed, to understand your needs, service scope, timelines, and goals, so we send you a proposal that aligns with your interests. You can also tell us if you prefer we provide a quote in the form of a fixed project fee or in the form of an hourly billing rate with estimated hours, and capped or uncapped hours.
2. Standardized Services Agreement & Clear Proposal + Initial Deposit
We’ll send you a standardized services agreement along with a detailed services proposal (scope/agreement). There’s no charge for the proposal and we’re happy to amend it if needed. These steps ensure clarity and transparency for both parties. Services begin once terms are approved and an initial deposit is made (typically 50% of fees or estimated fees).
4. Collaborative Work & Responsive Timelines
EdPro maintains close communication, with scheduled check-ins, collaboration meetings, and reviews, as needed. Work and deliverables are in line with expectations and timelines set in the proposal.
5. Final Deliverables & Final Invoice
After you’ve received your final deliverables, a final invoice (minus your deposit) will be sent.
